Sordaria Macrospora, Sordariaceae phototropism, URGENT
Eva LEIROS, 27-10-2017 21:00
Hello, I'm a French student. I will work on Sordaria Macrospora in order to study the growth between dark strain (black) and light strain (yellow). We will focus on Sordaria and the light but we are opened if you are other suggestion. More precisely, we want study the photoperiodism of perithecia. So we need reliable bibliography on the subject and a specialist if it can be possible ! Moreover, we didn't find information about a real difference between the two strains. So it's hard to begin our experiments without some data.
It's very importante for us it's a part of our competitive examination,
Thanks you,
Eva LEIROS (two others students : Bernadette WILLOQUET and Coline THIESSON)
